[LM_NET] TAR=>Site License for Music???

My technology coordinator has asked me to check with the listserv to see if anyone 
knows if there is any kind of blanket site license for playing music at pep 
rallies, games, over the intercom, etc.  We bought a movie site license from Movie 
Licensing, and she is hoping there might be a comparable program available for 
music.  This has become a big issue in our county this year.
Thanks in advance for any help!  I will put out a HIT if there is interest.
