[LM_NET] Target: Sec: Heterogeneous grouping ?

We are looking at moving from homogeneous to heterogeneous grouping in our 
English and Social Studies classes.   Some of our staff are in uproar.   

Would you please post to me off-list (directly) regarding experiences that you 
have had with this move.   

We are looking to avoid the possible mistakes others may have made and to 
replicate the best practices.   

Also, what staff development and/or attitude adjustment took place?
