[LM_NET] Gen: Simon &Schuster contact information for review copies

If you are a district that gets review copies from Simon & Schuster and
its imprints, could you possibly provide me with contact information? A
name, a phone number, or an address? We get review books from about 25
publishers, but I can't seem to break into Simon & Schuster.
