[LM_NET] Gen: Staff development Ban those Bird Units

I am still in search of beginning of the year in-service ideas for our
k-12 school.  This is a school wide in-service over a couple of days and
does not necessarily have anything to do with libraries or library
services, although I will try to sneak that in if the opportunity avails
itself!  Do any of you know if David Loertscher, Carol Koechlin or Sandy
Zwaan have developed any in-services or workshops based on their book, Ban
the Bird Units?
