The drama teacher wants to make copies for students of their drama performance. I looked this up as much as I could in Carol Simpson's latest book but the only reference I could find said that special permission had to be obtained if the videos were sold to students or parents. What rights are needed to give them to students or to allow parents just to tape the performance themselves?
