Good morning! (at least in this country!) The good news is that I am now at school and I did not throw away the DVD! Yippee! The only answer I have received to my question is to always try the DVD player first since it will probably play a CD. I knew that! So, lesson learned. If anyone has another way to tell whether a disc is a CD, CD-ROM, or DVD, I would still love to hear your answer. Thanks! Nancy Dickinson, Librarian Hillsboro Elem.
