[LM_NET] Tec: Firewall breaking programs

In the last few days I have been watching students who were accessing sites on the 
internet that I though had been blocked.  I finally figured out that they were 
using a web site on the internet to bypass our firewall and blocking security 
system, Surf Patrol.  Our tec has not run into anything like this before and has 
not found a solution for it yet. Are any of you familiar with www.unbloxy.com or 
similar sites.  Have you discovered a solution for this type of security problem?
