The Vigo County Public Library is "easy to find. It's the million-story
building at Seventh and Poplar streets." (Lori Henson, Terre Haute
Tribune-Star, 10/8/02)

"If we didn't have libraries, many people thirsty for knowledge would
dehydrate." (Megan Jo Tetrick, age 12, Daleville, Indiana)

Can anyone tell me why book carts have rotating casters on only one
end?
This is a constant source of annoyance for me. Am I the only one
frustrated
by this?
