[LM_NET] TAR: book for biracial child

One of my teachers sent me the following email.  I could think of books for older 
children, but am having a hard time coming up with one for a first grader. Thanks 
for your help. 


Hi,
I teach 1st grade. One of my parents is concerned about her biracial child. He has 
always made negative comments about being biracial. Do you know of  a book written 
by  a biracial person about being biracial, growing up biracial?
