[LM_NET] TAR: Looking For Book Title

Hi,

I am looking for a story.  I am not sure if it is a book.  I hope it
is.  I think I read it in an anthology of a reading series for third
grade.     It is about the animals starving in a zoo.  I think it takes
place in Budapest or maybe a different Eastern European city.  I was
reminded of it because of a discussion about the book "Faithful
Elephants."  But I think in the story I am looking for maybe the animals
are starving because of the winter.
