[LM_NET] Blogging -- Hit

I received alot of information about blogs. If you recall my original post was why 
blog --
   
  Most negative reposnders asked me not to quote them -- so I am paraphrasing 
reposnes:
  1. No one cares about every little detail
  2. See no importance or value
  3. Not interested in someone's personal rants or opinions
   
   
  On the positive -
  1. Blogs that are being used for professional information --
  reading reviews, emergency information, information for students.
  2,. Using blogs with students for writin can be positive -- 
http://www.toblogor.blogspot.com/
  3.Information for students - one school site
  http://www.glnd.k12.va.us/weblog/dcross/
  4. Some media specialists used blogs because they could not update their library 
webpages -- too difficult in dealing with technicians to allow access
