LM_NET Archive



Our band teacher wants to buy a scanner and software to transpose music.  I have 
looked in Simpson's 4th ed. and on the web and can't find a clear answer. The ads 
for the software themselves say that you can't scan music without a license.  But I 
don't know if they are addressing fair use.  Anyone know?
