[LM_NET] Info Center update

Thanks for all the ideas for using the same bar codes for library as 
well as lunch program.  Consenus was this is being done quite well in 
many areas around the country. Key is to find a set of digits not being 
used for anything else in the district and using those for your patrons, 
 Most schools were use 200712 1356 (First four digits year graduated or 
entered rest some code makie sense in your situation or random). 
 Biggest drawback some schools had was the fact the lunch program was 
afraid of stolen numbers.  Suggessted was to make photos cards in house 
or have outside company do.
