To follow up on Terry Young's posting about housing for ALA's conference
this June 22-28 in New Orleans: ALA has 28 hotels in its housing block,
all with rooms available for conference attendees.  To find out all the
details and/or to make a room reservation, please go to
www.ala.org/annual and click on "Travel & Hotels."  As a less
expensive alternative to hotels, ALA is also offering dorm rooms at
Loyola University.   
 
Advance registration ends for the ALA Conference on May 19th, so join
the 6,400+ others who have already registered and come down to New
Orleans for a great event!  To find out what programs and events YALSA
has to offer at this conference, just go to www.ala.org/yalsa and click
on the "Find out more..." link near the bottom of the page.  We hope to
see you in New Orleans!
