[LM_NET] GEN: Expenditure for books per student

Hello,
The media specialists in our district created a power point presentation
to educate / inform people about our position.  However, we would like to
add the recommended expenditure for library books per student.  If you
have any figures pertaining to per student expenditures, please email me.
