Bill Harley! If you folks haven't heard his story/song called Zanzibar, you are missing a great treat. I will not be going to New Orleans this year, but I have been three times before for various conferences. Everything is air conditioned, and people move slowly and cheerfully. There are many reasons to make your decision, but don't do it by the weather.
