Morning Everyone!
All this talk of inventory has got me thinking about something else in the
same "end of the year" vein. Do any of you distribute a "Library Services
Survey" to your teachers at the end of the year in order to refine the
services you'll offer next year? I've compiled a Grade Level Focus schedule
for the year that highlights what each team is teaching each month (which
really helps with ideas for collaboration), but I'd like to know if there
are any additional authors or subjects they would like me to include in
acquisitions or just generally, what worked and what didn't this year. I'm
kind of torn, because while I'm all for open communication, I also know you
can't please everybody. However, all things being equal, I really want to
know what they're thinking and how I can improve the services we offer. If
anyone has a form or a template they're willing to share, please contact me
off list.
