Hello, I have read in several places that a thousand World War II vets from the United States pass away every day. It may even be higher than that. In the obits in the Binghamton or Ithaca papers there are usually World War II vets passing away each day, sometimes three or four at a time. I was curious to know if anyone has heard of a similar figure for the World War II vets from the former Soviet Union: Russia, Ukraine, White Russia, the Asiatic Republics.
