<rant> Just a warning, if you've got Bess as your filter, they've over-filtered and you cannot search "Alfred Hitch c o c k" without getting a block. I learned this yesterday when I was trying to delete a book from our state library holdings database, AccessPA. I did finally sneak around the filter by searching "Hitch*" but this seems a bit ridiculous. I can't even conduct a search for good old Al on Google without that poor golden retriever raining on my parade. Now, Girls Gone Wild, that I can search! (That was my recommended test search from the district tech staff.) I can read the text in the google results. I can even go to the cached version in Google. But the master of suspense is off limits. </rant> Kim Kimberly A. Brosan, Librarian Andrew G.
