[LM_NET] GEN: United Streaming question

The reason I asked about how/if to count United Streaming and other data
bases is because I have to have a per student material count.  The
librarians in my county were trying to decide how/if to use those
"invisible" items to boost our count.

The responses so far indicate that they shouldn't be counted in any way
since they are not physically on our shelves.
