We are planning for our One Book, One School project for fall. I have
asked 5 other faculty members to serve with me on the committee.

If you have done this, I am wanting some specific suggestions for
implementation. Did you have a special "kick off" for the program? How
did you distribute the books? Did you use SSR time, read as part of
English classes, or expect students to read on their own time? What
methods were used to encourage all faculty to use the books with their
own subject standards (if applicable)? Any tips or ideas from your
program would be appreciated. This is our first attempt at this and we
want to be successful as possible.

Thanks very much for your help. This group has a wealth of knowledge!
