[LM_NET] GEN: Gregory Maguire's Wicked

Has anyone ever had any controversy over Gregory Maguire's Wicked?   I have a copy 
in my collection, and it's  on our AP summer reading list.  I have a feeling that 
there's trouble on the horizon, and I'd like to be prepared....  

If you have any words of wisdom or experience, would you please email me off the
