[LM_NET] TECH: Disable CD Drawer on New eMacs?

We have new eMacs about to go out in the library and I have concerns
with the the keyboard button that opens the CD drawer with one push and
how students are going to play with this function. 

Can you tell me of a way to disable this keyboard function or the drawer
itself as we will not be using CDs in the library?
