I feel that I should add to this that I also got my undergrad degree from an all
women's college. What would be the fun in life if there wasn't a healthy Mount
Holyoke/ Smith rivalry? You can check out our alums too - Wendy Wasserstein (who
sadly passed away recently), Emily Dickinson, Suzan-Lori Parks (winner of Pulitzer
Prize for Drama), Francis Perkins, and Mary Lyons herself.
I feel that I have now done my duty to my college. :)

I am a first year library student, but I did graduate from Smith College for my
undergraduate degree, which is all -women's. Any of the famous alumns of our
school would make for great subjects! Gloria Steinham, Julia Child, Madeline
L'Engle, Nancy Reagan... Women's college sites may have a lot of good information
about noteable women... a lot of them would be a little less well-known.
