LM_NET Archive



Des Moines has no elementary media specialists, Cedar Rapids has most 
schools with only 1/2 time media specialists, now Davenport takes a 
hit.  What more?  How can administrators who are so data driven even 
pretend to read the research -- see Curry Lance, Ken Haycock, David 
Loertscher and all the research in the field supporting library 
medias with fully staffed libraries - -and the increase in reading 
achievement and then blink at the facts?  How can they ignore the 
"data" while gathering ...
