Hello, I am entering my 3rd year as a media specialist in a K-5 school. I have not had formal training for implementing Super 3 nor Big6. Have any of you use these research methods without formal training? We have an extremely limited budget, and cannot afford to attend formal training. I'm wondering if anyone uses theses methods by "winging it" and adjusting the methods to suit the needs of students and teachers at your schools? Have you trained your teachers in using Big6 or Super 3 without having formal training yourself? Do you have favorite websites that you use to teach the Big6 or Super 3?
