For those of you who were interested in a lesson planning template, you might want to check out S.O.S. for Information Literacy, a database of lesson plans, videos of teaching segments, and teaching resources. Just go to: http://www.informationliteracy.org Once you've registered at the site (it's totally free), you can search the database for ideas for your information literacy skills lessons or contribute one of your lessons to the database. The template is there for you to use to develop your lesson plans. The site is rich with resources, including "Educators' Spotlight Digest," a free, online publication written for and by IL educators. Coming this fall to S.O.S.---a new, exciting tool called "buILder." Watch this listserv for its debut!! Ruth V. Small, Ph.D. Laura J. and L.
