[LM_NET] TARGET: Best Books for Collaboration?

I'm working on an online course for librarians relating to collaboration and
I am interested in knowing what are your favorite professional books on the
topic?

I have several titles that I'm using right now but I'm afraid that I may be
missing some great ones.  Some of the titles that I'm using right now are:

Collaborating to Meet Standards (both the elementary and high school levels)
by Toni Buzzeo
Taxonomies of the School Library Media Program by David Loertscher
Information Power: Building Partnerships for Learning by ALA

(and a couple of others like the one by Barbara Jansen....that aren't on my
desk right now but in the pile stacked on the floor!!!)

If you have any specific titles that you think are "must haves" for this
topic, I'd love to know.  If others are interested, I'll post the final
list.
