Hi everyone; hope your year is off to a good start. For those of you that have Manga books, how/where have you decided to shelve them? I've only bought a couple so far, but the response is amazing, and when my budget comes in, I'll be adding more. Kids who have never come in to the library on their own have come by to say they've heard we've got Manga, so it's definitely something I want to encourage. It's kind of overwhelming making selections because there are so many, but the students have been good to reccomend titles and series that they think will be appropriate. Then I go through reviews and make choices. But they are coming from Follett, etc. marked 741, and I want them in Fiction. My first thought is just to mark them fiction and shelve under the author rather than making a Manga section. Any advice on your experience would be appreciated.
