[LM_NET] MS: Curriculum Mapping for the library

This has come up again in my life, and is one of the areas I may be 
evaluated on.  How do you determine your curriculum for the year when you 
have flex schedule?  I am trying to get my mind on a handle of it, and I am 
just not grasping how it will look, especially since I am new to the school 
and district.  I would GREATLY appreciate any advice on this.
