[LM_NET] Book Selection Policy

I have been trying to research book selection policies in various school districts 
(especially in New Jersey)   If you have one to share, please forward it to me.  We 
are hoping to create a strong book selection policy as a precursor to a challenged 
book policy.  Any information would be helpful.
