My high school’s Consumer and Family Science teacher wants to assign her
students a country and have them research their Christmas or winter holiday
traditions, including food. Part of the project would be for them to prepare
a recipe served during the holidays in their country. We currently have
U.S., Mexico and Thailand cookbooks in the library, but that’s about all.
She wants to know what’s available on the Internet before she assigns
anything. I told her I knew a group who could tell us. So, if you know of
any web sites that would work with this project, please reply to me. Then,
she will know which countries she can assign and we will both be sooooo
appreciative! Happy Holidays!
