[LM_NET] 13 digit ISBN's

Has anyone converted their ISBN's to 13 digit yet? I just tried it on
Alexandria, and noticed that it doesn't just add at 978; it also changed the
last one or two digits. Also, it didn't convert any that end in an X. Any
MARC guru's out there know the details? TIA. I will post a hit.
