[LM_NET] E-mail policies

Does anyone have any written policies that they can share about staff
e-mail use?  We seem to be having a problem with "chain letter" type
e-mails here at school and would like to revise/create an official
e-mail policy.
 
Thank you for any help you can give.  If you would like to send your
