I always get trip insurance for major vacations. When we went to Spain
it only cost us @ $100 per person. In fact, we are taking a cruise in
Hawaii leaving on 12/16 and I am getting it for everyone, again, it is
about $100 per person. It would definitely be worth it if we ran into
problems! So far I have not needed to use it but it is great knowing I
will get help if I am stuck in a foreign country and need assistance.
OR, if I am stuck in an American city and need help . . .

I have searched and not found a whole lot about the pros and cons of
purchasing travel insurance. We are going on a big trip and are faced
w/ this issue for the first time. Can anyone share their research into
travel insurance and whether it is worth the cost?
Thank you.
