Hi - My school uses an approach to curriculum and lesson planning that involves Essential Questions and Enduring Understandings. I'm new here and am starting at square 1 to create a library program and curriculum. I am using the Information Literacy Standards for Student Learning developed by the AASL and detailed in Information Power: Building Partnerships for Learning as I think about my Essential Question & Enduring Understandings, but I could use any ideas on this that your collective wisdom could provide. If you have used Essential Questions, Enduring Understandings, or something similar for developing you library curriculum, would you mind sharing the questions and understandings you use? Many thanks. --Jackie Jackie Richardson Library Media Specialist Main Street School Irvington, NY 10533 914.269.5229 jacqueline.richardson@irvingtonschools.org -------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note: All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
