Is it just me, or is anyone else offended by the post from LHR Searches which, in part, states, "The Pennsylvania State University Libraries seek two motivated, energetic EARLY-CAREER librarians to help develop..." What does "early career" mean? 20's? 30's? or someone like me who got their MLIS in their 40's? 50-somethings can't be "energetic" or "motivated"? Most of us in our "late" career can work rings around most 20 somethings. Thank you for letting me rant.
