A group of female teachers have a very informal book club-it's more of an excuse to have a girls night out. We've read all the other recommended books like "Kite Runner", "Secret Life of Bees", "Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time" and would like something light and funny for a change. I've thought about suggesting "Harris and Me" or "A Long Way From Chicago" but am not sure if they want to read YA books although every adult I've ever known who has read them loved them. Do you have any suggestions for something light and funny for our book club to read to alleviate the cold and dreariness of winter?
