[LM_NET] Stumper: Teen Time Travel

A patron came in to ask after a book she and her
daughter were reading together last summer.

A boy, whom she believes who lives in London named
Robert, is sent back in time.  He meets his mother as
a young girl at a pool.  He meets his grandparents, he
keeps "leaping" or "jumping."

He is in Russia & Australia, at various points.  

They had to return the book before finishing it and
want to finish it now.  She thinks the book is fairly
recent, she remembers it was not yellowed or old
looking.

Any leads on this one?
