[LM_NET] OH & WV only SRC

Fellow LM_NETers in Ohio and West Virginia,

We are going to be implementing Scholastic Reading Counts at our middle 
school.  Our teachers would like to visit schools that already use the program 
to see the program in action and to find out the benefits and pitfalls.  If 
any of your districts would be willing to have observers, please contact me   
and include your location, contact person, and phone number.
