Hello all! At Christmas dinner I was sharing my troubles about a teacher who won't let me discard 20 year old encyclopedias. My brother, also a librarian, said he read in American Libraries that someone had used old encyclopedias to make furniture for the library. I've searched, but can't find anything related. Anyone remember this? He could have had the wrong publication, but would never admit it...
