[LM_NET] OT: Staff Weight Loss Teams

I'm looking for instructions for a staff weight loss activity.  At my
previous school, teachers would get into teams of 3 or 4 every January,
set weight loss and exercise goals, and then work towards their team goals
until the day of reckoning right before spring break.  Points were awarded
separately for pounds lost and minutes exercised, but they were based on
the team goals.  I think they had to pay to play, and the winning team
split all the money.  One of our teachers would like to set this up for
our staff, but we haven't been able to find anyone at my previous school
who still has the instructions - the people who were in charge have either
retired or moved on!  If you have instructions to share for this activity
or a similar one, we'd really appreciate it!  Thanks!
