[LM_NET] need article

An english teacher would like this article to use in her class. Can you help?  It 
is not on Newsbank. The article is "Artist Pulls Squirt Gun from Sculpture After 21 
Years" and it was in the Watertown Daily Times on August 2, 2000. Thank you.
