[LM_NET] SEC: library rules

Hi, everybody. I have been asked by our administration to collect sample 
library rules from other secondary schools. Ours are: No food or drink; 
working or reading,  not socializing; and we are trying to enforce no more 
than 4 students per table. What are yours? Please reply off-list--I'll 
compile a hit. Thanks,
