Hi everyone, I am 13 months away from 30 and am on a self improvement kick. I have started working out with a personal trainer, and am sticking to my calorie needs each day. If you will search msn, you can find out how many calories you need per day, then you reduce that amount by 500 to lose one pound per week. Try http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm (Aren't I just a fount of information?) ;) Anyway, if you can take one of the Campbell's cup of soup or even the microwavable regular soup, plus a ham or turkey and cheese sandwich, and a 100 calorie pack of honey grahams or oreos, you'll only have like 400 calories max, and it's very filling.
