Hello, Everyone! I want to add a book to Brenda Stultz's post, "300 Benjamin Franklin, 300 Ideas". I absolutely loved Dan Gutman's _Back in Time With Benjamin Franklin: A Qwerty Stevens Adventure_. This book is laugh-out-loud good. The book is a time travel historical fantasy that involves two boys who mess around with a time machine and bring Benjamin Franklin to their world while later traveling to his. A word of caution, you might want to read this book before using it with your classes. At one point, Benjamin Franklin is completely nude in the boy's bedroom and there are several hints at old Benjamin's success with women. Even if you don't decide to use the book for your study of Benjamin Franklin, I recommend this book if you'd like to brush up on your Ben Franklin and be entertained at the same time. Titlewave gives this book a 5.3 reading level. The book would be useful for upper elementary-middle school and possibly for older students with delayed reading achievement (high low). Ada G.
