This is the correspondence I've had with Betty Yip from the online store

I asked why there were 2 Mrs. Wishy-Washy, both 7 pieces, at two different
prices, $5.99 and $12.99.

The $5.99 set is print on felt. The surface feels kind of like PVC. They
are 
waterproof and can be wipe-cleaned (great for sticky fingers). They do not 
have any loose pieces and are excellent for little hands. Other than the 
wiggly eyes which are later glued on, you don't have to worry about kids 
swallowing anything (if this is a concern of yours, please let me know and 
I'll skip the wiggly eyes).

The $12.99 set is made with color felt. It takes a lot of cutting and many 
layers of felt. Take Mrs. Wishy-Washy, she is comprised of 3 layers. Each 
color you see is individually tailor cut and assembled together or painted 
on with 3D Paint. The pieces are also individually detailed and painted 
afterwards. It is very time consuming to make one set and that is why they 
are more expensive. I actually have a couple of felt stories that I have 
pulled out because they are just so time consuming to make. To see a

Then I asked about a discount on large orders and on shipping.

each additional set
10-19 sets -------------------- FREE SHIPPING
20-29 sets ------------- FREE SHIPPING + 10% discount
30 sets and above ------------- FREE SHIPPING + 15% discount

Once you placed your order, I'll then provide an estimated time of
shipping. 
Depending on how many sets you ordered, it ranges from 1 day to 1 week.
