LM_NET Archive

When someone posts a question on LM_NET and you respond to him/her, do
expect a thank you for your reply or at least an acknowledgement that he/she
received your reply? Lately, more often than not, I never hear back from the
original poster. I am starting to think that my e-mail is getting blocked or
people are just getting ruder. Am I a crotchety old lady expecting a thank
you? Even a group thank you is fine. Am I being unreasonable?

Reading is a means of thinking with another person’s mind; it forces you to

Sometimes I wonder whether the world is being run by smart people who are
putting us on or by imbeciles who really mean it. -Mark Twain
