I just got a reply back from my student who contacted me earlier today
to find out if a ticket site he found was legit. Just the fact that he
felt comfortable emailing me with such a practical question made my
day. Well - his thank you note was even better:

Isn't that the best?! Gotta love teenagers. These are the kinds of
things that make our jobs worthwhile - and this is why the idea of
retirement just is not appealing to me - at least not yet! :-)
