I think Molly's postings bring up a very important topic, responding to feedback,
whether about personality or about library program. Recently a colleague thanked
me, again, for honest feedback as to her performance in an unsuccessful interview.
It is heartening that she is working on the issue that we discussed.

One of my resolutions for lesson planning this summer is to be more creative in
format since my principal pointed out that my lessons seem too predictable for the
students. If anyone has faced the same problem and come up with interesting ways to
present information to Gr.1-5 in very short time segments, please contact me
directly. I haven't marked this as a target, but I will be glad to post a hit.
